    Oh hey!!! Sorry for the HUGE delay!

    I went to The Athlete's Foot and told them I wanted running shoes. They did an analysis like you get for the Dr Shols's insoles and then watched me walk. I am over pronated (angled out I believe) and I bought Brooks shoes ($120) and then some cheapy shoes from walmart with great insoles for work.

    I only wear my running shoes when running/working out. I hope you have a good weekend! You may want to start doing some core strengthening workouts to help with the back pain from work. That is what I am doing in physical therapy for my back pain.

    GREAT job on your Friday (a few weeks ago now!!!) I am doing ok, alive and well. i had to take a 2 week break from the C25K... SHOES. You must have good shoes otherwise you get a thing called "runners knee." So I got that, and I had to get new shoes and keep up with my physical therapy for my back pain/building core strength and now I am back to the running tomorrow.

    Keep it up with the breakfast and all the veggies! It's all about a healthy lifestyle. CHEERS!!!
