Anxiety: You read my post on it. I had minor attacks 6 + months ago and they had never been as bad as last night.. As my blog said, I felt it coming on and I went into the guest room to avoid the issue, to calm down/prevent it... My fiance knows to back off and/or just hold me until it tides over - but MY family are idiots. They don't have anxiety or any mental disorders, and have always made a point of following me.

Some people, when they're upset, do well to be left alone until they've cried it out/calmed down and can talk - which is much like someone that knows they're on the edge of an anxiety attack.....

Anyway, I took the precaution and went into a room, closed off from others to calm down - and my mom came in and actually trapped me into a corner (because I actually backed into the farthest part of the room and kept telling her to get out while she said "no...no...no I'm not leaving, no, we're going to talk---")
When someone is having a panic attack and they tell you to disappear/back off/leave the room - it is usually best to leave cautiously/slowly and let them calm down if they don't have medicine or something they can take to help them calm down..which.... I don't.... and then my brother did the same #$%# thing when he came over...

    YIKES to the glucose!
Yeah, he may have seen it's near the danger zone or missed it for whatever reason, or thought maybe it was high only that once and that it's not a regular thing for you to have high.

My doctors didn't point out I was near the Red Zone with my Blood Pressure. My exercises significantly dropped it and they made a point to comment on it at my last prenatal visit - to which I informed them I was exercising and was thus encouraged to continue because the result was that good.

That's great your Shakes have all of those vitamins, adding the spinach will definitely help and hopefully you start noticing a significant difference by week 7. Depression isn't easy but it's usually the lack of certain chemicals, nutrients and vitamins that the brain and body need to function. Take care of your health first and foremost, leave the weight loss and the weight loss pills for once you're doing much better than you are now.

Exercise but take it in stride just get your body to wake up. 30 minutes a day should be good for you for now if you can manage it, and if you can handle doing more because it's a good day and you have the energy - do it.

I'll definitely keep watching, because I had the fatigue and I was near passing out at one of my jobs when I was working, too. (I quit to tend to my health, school, and because I didn't know how pregnancy would sit with me).

I'd talk to your doctor about the glucose.

    Best of luck ^-^

No problem! Mine never thought to comment on my blood work until I told them how bad the exhaustion was, they didn't even seem to realize just how helpful the weekly vitamin D tablets they gave me were going to be and how much it'd change everything.

Vitamins for some reason get overlooked. They can be decent and get passed up as not being likely. Mine, again, stated I was low in it but not terribly - but prescribed me it because I was willing to try it.

Try, see, and exercising WILL make you more energetic. If you can, get out and walk. go up 3 blocks, go around, and walk back home. Do it every other day, force yourself as you take this, and see where you're at in 2 weeks. Definitely reply on your post if that helped at all

AND WATER! 64 OZ OF WATER at LEAST! TRY for 100oz. It's a lot but it helps a lot. Just add a bit more every day
