I have had a weight problem all my life about 10 years ago I lost 100 lbs on WW then I remarried moved across the country and here I am, 100 lbs to loose again. I recently retired and am now ready to take care of myself. Oh have I mentioned I am also going to stop smoking 7/1 ...and people say I am going to be bored.

2009 Let the New Year Ring, I have started over. I quit smoking June 25 2007...yeah for me. I was doing great at about 1/2 year I started to seriously start trying to loose the weight I had put on 19 lbs. I logged every morsel I ate and I exercised 11/2 - 2 hours everyday I got strong but could not get the scale to budge. Everyone kept telling me to be patient that the pounds would come off, but guess what I did instead? I got depressed and gave up, quit exercising and started binging...I am also a member on Quit Net ( best support for quitting smoking) Last September I noticed some ladies who were in the same boat as I had started to loose, so I pulled my self up by my bootstraps and went to my 1st Weight Watcher meeting. To my surprise I started to loose not as fast as before but still the scale has started its downward journey. I am consistantly loosing 1 pound a week. I have came back here for the encouragement that I have allways found here.

My Program:
I am trying to eat between 1300-1700 calories aday. I do 1 hour of cardio exercise 5 days aweek.
