    BLC7 is a spark team. I think that there are a few spots left if you are interested. The challenge is an intense 12 weeks but it is very motivating if you really get into it. You have to try and post on the team thread every day and post your Weigh In and exercise minutes for the week every Tuesday.

    If you want an invite spark mail to CAROLB1946 right away.
    My team, MIGHTY MOSS, is full and overflowing but I think that orange blossoms had a couple of slots still open.

    Welcome to Spark People. I hope that you find as much inspiration and motivation as I have. Remember that losing weight and getting healthy takes time and effort but you are worth it. You are worth the time to get your heart pumping at least 30 minutes three times a week. You are worth a few minutes a day to post all your food in the nutrition tracker. Be strong, be brave.
