    All I am doing is watching what I eat, drinking a lot of water, stepping and doing my strength exercises. The only problem that I have is that I am going back and forth from 137 to 136 and sometimes 139 pounds.

    I loved your confession!! I ate well yesterday and made my final weight loss for the week 1.8 (all the weight i gained in 3 weeks!!!). it sucks eating within your points. hahaha that was my confession. I just want junk. Be great to be on the same team as you :-)

    yes I am so far so good,I didn't lose any last week but my cardio was next to nothing and had my splurge day thanksgiving( you get 1 after 27 days then 1 splurge every 9 days)but haven't gained any either so i'm down 9 lbs
