    I hear you loud and clear!! I always have the best intentions and they are good for about 2 to 3 weeks and then some excuse will pop up and derail me.

    your positivity is infectious! Thanks! it's good to see that and really, I think that is half the battle. The stress is something that can be managed. Just start with 10 mins a day. Find 10 uninterrupted minutes to do something that doesn't have a deadline line or doesn't focus on anyone else but you. I started with going to a craft store and spending 10 minutes shopping... not buying, just shopping. Now, once a month, I go and get a massage. It's "me" time and I really DO feel better afterwards and it allows me to want to be better to MY awesome husband and two daughters. Try it... it might work for you too!

    I would love to be your buddy! You live in Nebraska? I'm in Virginia? We're far apart but I'm online most of the time. I don't go anywhere or do anything so I am already amazed at your energy level with your husband and your boys. I have one son who is 31 and going through a nasty divorce with one son. Yes, he has moved back home with mom and dad believe it or not. He decided to go back to school and finish his degree since there are no jobs around here. I'd love to get to know you and hope we can succeed where we have failed before. I have 112 pounds to lose to get to 125 pounds. If I got to 150 I would be happy and then worked my way slowly to 125 would be alright by me. I want to be on the thin side though. Like I said, I want people to tell me I need to eat. lol. I'm so tired of being sick and tired, aren't you?

    Welcome to Spark and Nebraskan's losing weight! I so hear you when it comes to follow through. But seriously...if I can do it...anyone can. I was almost 300 pounds and now am 231...in 11 months. I could have done more...but the past is the past.

    You have so come to the right place! You can do this and you will drop the weight...for good! This isn't a diet...this is learning to live a healthy life style and making one healthy choice at a time.

    My dad would always say...the road to hell is paved with good intentions...well...the road to death caused by obesity is too!

    It is time to take care of you...start eating better and working out more, not only for you...but for you kids, too. They live what they see...give them a great life to model after.

    If I can be of any help...just yell!
