My best advice to you is take things slow and one day at a time. Don't try to change everything all at once. Notice your small improvements (i.e. do you feel better, sleep better, clothes fit better, etc.), because help you continue. I did not start seeing the weight really come off for about 3 months. It got discourging until someone pointed out other things to consider. Hang in there! 5263 days ago
