    Hey June, how are you doing? Sorry I have been slow on responding, I usually am on top of things~but have been busy lately. But now I am ready to focus on Spark People.

    South Beach diet is awesome. Basically you skip all sugar, most carbs, sweet vegetables and fruit for 2 weeks. That regulates your blood sugar and helps you not crave that sweet stuff and carbs. That is how I lost 7 pounds and that was in February and I have kept it off without dieting since. The reason I quit dieting is because I was studying and taking state exams and stressed to the max with that. But now I am all done and ready to get a move on it. They sell the South Beach Book at Wal-mart & Target. It is real interesting learning how those foods affect our bodies, cravings and blood sugar.
