    At 253# you look SO unhappy, and I can understand why. At 214# my back was hurting so much I couldn't stand at the sink to wash dishes. Now, I'm doing better.
    I see you are on the EASTER CHALLENGE Team and I wanted to say I think it will be a great group. Let's really work hard and make this so much fun!!

    Congrats on your journey so far.

    As to your question about protein shakes over on the Eat Clean site...

    Variety is key in your journey.

    Change up the shake. Make it a chocolate BERRY shake once in a while. :) At eating clean we understand the protein powders are processed and technically unclean.

    But if you find one that has very few or no added ingredients (JAY ROBB has a great line)...then it's a good way to add protein to your diet.

    Read your ingredients.... and watch the fat intake. I use peanut butter sparingly... but it's great pared with apples!
