Hey, girl. I'm doing okay. tHanks for asking. Just trying to not get frustrated. I had a great plan over the weekend to stay on track and then I got thrown with donuts, pizza, ice cream and brownies. I could resist for so long. Get very frustrating when you work hard and eat clean during the week and then devil food comes in and sabatoges it all. I guess it wasn't the food it was my weakness. I am really frustrated because the scale hasn't budged for weeks. I am so annoyed staying at the is weight and not making progress. I ahve made alot of mental progress really pushing myself mentally to push myself physically. I just am not seeing any results. I think I need to start carb cycling and calorie cycling or something. I am becoming more aware of the best time to use my glycogen stores and when they replenish themselves. So hopefully I can put som of this knowledge into action adn get results. I can only do so much with my diabetes as well. I will always push, but the other day my blood sugar dropped out to 38 out of the blue and you know hwo bad that is as a medical student. then 2 hours later went back down to 53. I was wasted and had to eat sooooo much over 5 hours to keep it stable. I just have to roll with the punches though. Sorry to go on and on and on. That's what I have beens struggling with lately. I just ask the Lord to give me the strength I need from day to day and know that i am taking good care of my body. How is your week looking? Sounds like you have an incredible husband like mine. Ah, yes, that is SO true! Thanks for the reminder :) On that note, I did go out to eat/drink last night, so don't look at that as an example of discipline LOL.
