    I am glad to hear you are doing better being back home and writing our goals out does help us to be more committed. I see that was August 8th. It is almost September. How are you doing now? I would like to invite you to read my blog titled, "I have a confession to make" I would like to let you know that if you want I will do for you what I have asked my Sparkfriends do for me in that blog. I hope you are logging on consistently. I know how hard it is raising so many children as I told you I had 5. I am here for you any time. Please stop by my page and read that blog.     I am still here. I was away all weekend and didn't do very well. I am afraid to weigh myself. I will do that tomorrow. I had no control over my environment, but I tried to make good choices. Boy, that gets exhausting. Always telling yourself no and deciding to pick something else. By the end of the weekend, I was breaking down. Just tired of being constantly mentally engaged and fight natural urges. Luckily, I am back in my own environment where I don't have to use my willpower constantly. So, back on track today. I am going to concentrate on staying in calorie range and drinking my water this week. Thanks for checking in, just writing this out made me feel more committed to doing it.

    How are you doing? I have not seen any activity on your spark page. I hope you are still with us. It is hard when you have a bunch of kids, I have 5 kids but they are grown now and I have my three little grandbabies. I hope you come back online and visit with us. Track your food and exercise at least. That takes the shortest amount of time and you could do that after you put the kids to bed before you go to bed. It does help to make you mindful of what you eat and what you do in a day. Also, if you are eating healthy you will tend to cook healthier inturn feeding your kids healthier meals and teaching them good eating habits. I hope you hear from you soon.
