Thanks SO much for stopping by my page and also for believing in me and my new goal time frame that I've set!
yeah, girl that night shift is NO joke..You are my hero, though..Being on your feet all night AND caring for patients..That is so ADMIRABLE..I can't imagine..I've heard good things about Ambien..I think I might be too afraid to try it b/c I may sleep too long, and Tito is all OVER the place, so I have to be sporadically awake and asleep just to keep up..lol..Hmm, does that make sense??
You're right about the light weight training. I usually do my Tae Bo Amped with the 3lb bar and I also do Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones(3lb dumbbells)..both are low weights but high reps, which is what I need..I need to move quickly and use those weights for toning at the same time..double calorie burn and toning.
I will def. keep you updated on things! I wish I could just stick with the Turbo Fire as my only exercise, but I need to always switch it up..I have like a million dvds! lol..I really enjoy TF..it's by far my most favorite exercise, so it gets the most play for me. How's it going for you?
Your hubby SO has the right idea..staying positive can change a LOT of things and help out tremendously. Sometimes, it's the only thing that works! Smart guy; but then, he married you, so how can he go wrong, right!
Taking pictures is a great motivator and eye opener! You're right. The scale can lie and it can really be a downer. What really matters is the inches lost..not the scale reading..
Whoo, girl a massage sounds really good right about now..I may have to look into that option. Thanks! I'll talk to you soon, Julie..Take care and thanks so much for thinking of me and just being there for me. 3829 days ago
I just wanted to stop by and say thanks so much for encouraging me and your motivation..I really appreciate you for it! I've been having it a little rough these last couple of weeks..still super tired from work..and now I've been given a special project by one of my supervisors to complete every night..it's takes all night to complete..which is good for me b/c I get to get away from answering the phone all night(so mundane and repetitive). I enjoy the project, and it helps the night go by faster.
I'm also super frustrated with myself and dropping these pounds. I've been exercising regularly but not watching what I'm eating all the time, so I've been maintaining my weight(NOT good)..I've given myself until Dec. 22nd..9 weeks from now to GET IT TOGETHER! It's my b-day, and although I don't have plans, I just want to feel comfortable with myself..I'm sick of being a loser and getting out of control, so I've had it with myself..
