    Hi Julie! What a nice surprise to see that people actually read my message board posts, LOL!

    The tortillas I got were by La Tortilla Factory, called "Smart and Delicious Tortillas." They are the smaller size (maybe 7" across) and they have 50 cal, 2g fat, 10g carbs, 5g protein in each one!!! plus each one has 7 g fiber! seems like a super food to me!

    Thanks for the encouragement! And yes, once the heat starts getting really bad here in Alabama, I'm sure I'll change my mind about the treadmill, haha. I'm about to start week 4, too. I'm excited about it! Keep up the good work and running :)

    Saw your reply on the outside running thread on the C25K group. That's great that you're starting week 3! I have only one more day in week 3. I kept thinking to myself before I started, "How am I going to jog for 3 minutes straight?!" But I did it, and you can too! Keep up the good work.
