Hi! I joined SPARK in January 2010. Since then I have had on and off success with tracking and working out. Currently I am doing my tracking on myapex.com and using a Body Bugg and this is working well for me.

I am using a personal trainer twice a week and making some good progress with muscle gain and weight loss and toning. I am really seeing a difference in my body. I have been trying to work out 6 days a week, and being fairly consistent with this.

My goals are to run a 10K in under 70 minutes, repeat the HM I did last year and improve my time on that race, and climb a couple of 14ners this summer!

My Goals:
Complete first half marathon on 8/13/2011 in 3 hours. DONE 2:48:07 official finish time.

Next race: 5K on Labor Day Goal time under 35 minutes
DONE: 33:37 official finish time

Cut back on sweets.

Eat Healthy 80% of the time. 80/20 rule. Nobody can be perfect all the time!

My Program:
Do something everyday - even on days I work a 12 hour shift!

Strength training 2-3 times a week. I love the muscles I am beginning to see! Cardio 2-3 times a week.

Start each morning with a water bottle full of water - drink it upon rising.

Personal Information:
Married to a wonderful man who is my best friend. Four incredible children that are turning into wonderful adults that I really enjoy being around.

Other Information:
I climbed a mountain summer 2010 and discovered I enjoy hiking. I need to spend more time finding myself and what I like. I need to know who I am.

    I haven't gotten my packet yet... They were suppose to bring it to Dicks in Loveland so I'm hoping it shows up this week! I will let u know as soon as I know. I ran the Colorado Marathon 10k last Sunday in fort Collins and I finished in 1:08! I'd love that or 1:05 for BB

    I just registered for BB tonight. I signed up for the 11:30 pace so its the first non qualifer wave. I would love to meet up with you if we can make it work! It would be nice to run with someone. I have been running without music lately to really focus on form and breathing and I'm pulling out amazing numbers. I also have the bodybugg I'm so glad your liking it!

    I ran the Arbor Day 5k here in windsor that we ran together last year, and I finished in 33:22 and I placed 3rd in my division! I won a medal. I thought about how that was the first place we met, and just felt like you were there with me in spirit.

    Picked up on one of your blogs and decided to visit your page. Thanks for SPARKING. You are remotivating me. I've had a rough 2012 so far with a 9lb gain and playing up and down with 3 or 4 pounds after my 40 lb loss. Right now I am 196 up from 189 at turn of the year. I have not quit or given up. I am trying to accept myself here and call it a maintain but I am also refocused in getting those 7lbs off for summer. Then I will be in the homestretch for my 175 goal. I keep reminding myself to look back to where I was a year ago rather than 3months ago. Again, thanks for keeping in touch.
