Hi there! My name is Julia and I'm a college student from California. I have pretty good self esteem and am happy with my life. I've always been a bit self conscious about being in a bikini, and going to a college quite close to a beach I'm letting this hold me back from doing fun things at this amazing time in my life! I generally like how I look in clothes, it's just when I feel really exposed that I'm uncomfortable with my body, and I'm over letting this go on!

My Goals:
I'd like to lose approximately 15 pounds. I'm not very big on weighing myself constantly, but I like to go by how I feel in my clothes (or out of them), as well as what I see in the mirror.

My Program:
I am pretty good about exercising frequently, and maintaining a generally healthy diet. My downfall, however, is my sweet tooth. I'll eat healthy balanced meals, then binge a bit on ice cream or some other dessert. When I crave it, I don't have much self control although I don't struggle much with junk food (chips, fast food, etc.).

Personal Information:
I'm a college student and am pretty busy with class and work since I'm following a pre-med program. I have a great group of friends, but am really looking for someone who is as motivated as I am to reach your goal weight/feeling. I will be a dedicated accountability partner, and am hoping to find someone who will be the same. :) I am looking for someone I can contact when I'm craving some dessert who can set me straight!

    Julia, do you know how to "add" friends? I notice that GIRLONFIRE4 (Cheryl) said she'd like to be buddies so you two can help each other reach your goals.
    I see she added you as a friend, but you have not added her.

    If you want to add her, you first need to get to her page -- you go down to her comment on your page here and click on "My SparkPage." That should take you there. Then click on "Add As SparkFriend" up at the top right of her page.
