I have allowed myself to waiver and things to get in the way of making my goal...Some depression, work, and just not making myself a priority. Knowing no one can change me, I have to do it myself, I am determined to make it happen this year, 2010. I'm only getting older and I know I MUST get healthier. Thanks to all of you who are in this boat and we can help each other get there!

Fitness Minutes: 50

My Goals:
My initial goal is to get under 200 pounds and stay there! Never want to be this heavy again. That means to determine to add exercise to my life again and never take it out again.


My Program:
Walk at work around the perimeter of the shopping center at lunch (30 min.) 2-3 times per week. Work out using pilates and 'bands' gardening and the walk around the neighborhood alone or with my husband. Get back to biking at the park with Carlton as often as our schedule allows. Joining the YWCA is also in my plans so that I can start incorporating swimming back in my plan and also take advantage of some of the programs they offer.



Personal Information:
I am originally from Ravenna, Ohio and have been here in North Carolina since 1996. I really love it here, but sure miss my family and friends. My prayer is to be able to take more trips back to Ohio to hang out with mom, reconnect with friends and enjoy my family.


Other Information:
I am currently learning hebrew with my husband, Carlton and love it. I am also reading the Metabolism Miracle and this is my 1st day following it. Check it out and see if you may have the same metabolism. May God bless each one of you here trying to meet a weight loss or maintenance goal! I pray that we will succeed this year.
