    Hi! Thanks for checking in!

    I finally feel like my breath is starting to move "normally" whatever that means. I slept fairly well and am feeling healthier today than I have for weeks. Progress!

    I hope you're doing as well today as you can. I hope today brings some wonderful opportunities for healing and wholeness through the pain and fatigue.

    Hi! Thanks for writing.

    I really did do a research project on mindfulness meditation during the fall semester. I got an A on my presentation but don't have the grade for my research report itself yet. I actually just sent the report and presentation to a mindfulness teacher in London. He put a small youtube video together and I used it as part of my research project. It is a psychology paper, but I tried to keep it interesting. If you'd like to read it, I'm happy to forward it to you.

    Mindfulness takes away the "achiness" of the days, I find. How about you?
