Still Rocking A VERY Positive Attitude!!!
I have been working at this weight loss thing for a while now and I can say that I have been successful at it. I took 2 breaks. The first one, I didn't gain anymore than 7 lbs and lost them within 2 weeks of getting back on track. This second (and last) break I have gained 9 lbs. Normally I would be discouraged, but I am not this time around. Sure I wish it hadn't happened, but I am not going to lay down and give up!!!

I know what I need to do to get to where I want to be and I am willing to sacrifice and sweat till my panties are wet to get there.
Along the way there have been many friends, family members and Sparkpeople friends that have supported me. One friend that comes to mind is Lynn (LYNNBELTONLOSES). This girl has not only motivated me and pushed me and cried with me when I felt I was a failure, but she has SHOWN me how to do this thing and do it right and for that I LOVE HER WITH ALL MY HEART!!!! If you are reading this Lynn, I owe you my success and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
On this day, 06/15/2011 I pledge to keep doing the BEST that I can do and to keep pushing even when I don't feel like it.
I have come this far and there is NO turning me back now!!!!

Goal #1: Lose 20 lbs - achieved August 2010
Goal #2: Lose 50 lbs - Achieved December 2010
Goal #3: Lose 75 lbs -
My Program:
1- Drink 3 liters of water everyday
2- Exercise for 30 mins, 4 days a week
3- Eat the food that is good for me
4- Cut back on my drinking
Personal Information:
I am from the Washington DC area, but I don't just stay within the city limits. I have traveled to many different places aroud the world and am still taking in new places all the time.
Other Information:
Zane books, make-up (M.A.C., YSL, Christian Dior-just to name a few), good music, fashion. . .these are a few of my favorite things!!!
