I am Judy.

I have joined the best Team
"2020 Summer 5% Challenge ~ Determined Daisies"
the "50 plus for all " team.

Just have checked out a few other teams and finding lots of information
But always like my "Determined Daisies".

I want to be healthier & happier, in 2020.

On November 1, 2018 I had a new left knee replacement, and this knee is great. On April 25, 2019 , I had my right knee replaced,and still need to work on this one.
I am having physiotherapy 2 times a week, which is water aerobics. I've also ride a stationary bike 15 minutes to 30 minutes a day. I walk for about 30 minutes during my lunch break with a friend at work.

I want to lose lbs. and be within the normal BMI and be healthy as well as feel great.
My cholesterol is too high again and my vitamin D is too low, so I need to work on this and watch my food intake. My doctor wants to check vitamin D and cholesterol numbers at the end of October, 2020.

My Goals:
I want to lose lbs. and be within the normal BMI and be healthy as well as feel great

My Program:
Calories Eaten: Eat between 1,100 -1,200 calories per day

Calories Burned: Burn as many calories as I can per week
Exercises Plan :

- Walking: 15 - 30 min. x 3 times a day.
- Bike 10 - 15 min. a day

Personal Information:
I live in Toronto, Canada.
I have 2 children; My daughter lives far away from home and my son lives quite near and is an electrical red seal journeyman.
I have a step son who is married they have 2 boys ages 5 and 2.
