    emoticon let us know How we can help. Logging is just a matter of time to find what is in your diet. Belvita is in there and Oatmeal on the run instead of the old slow cook but I have cooked up some for days with dried fruit to get at least 3 fruits of small quantities but in there can last me days. emoticon Be good to your body.
