Hi and thanks for stopping by. As it says in the title, I'm restarting again. I'm a fast food junkie who can be lazy at times and need to kick that habit to the curb. I'll admit that I love the convenience of fast food. It's so easy to grab it on the go, eat and forget what it tastes like...Wait! Did I just say that? One of the many reasons to break this habit. I also like to snack on chips, chocolate covered stuff, cheese and a few other not so nice items. Again, need to break this habit.

I got married in the fall of 2013 to a wonderful man and loving married life. We're both in the process of doing some major renovations to the house, so sometimes I will eat dinner upstairs in the bedroom which should be a big no no. I love pizza, burger, Mexican food, Chinese, Japanese, list could go on. My weakness is iced coffee. I have this too many times a week and just need to treat it like a treat. I need to remember that moderation doesn't mean often.

I'm not all bad though, some of my favorite activites include: roller skating, rock climbing, dragon boat and dancing. I played roller derby this past year for half a year, but had to quit due to the time it took. I do miss it, but really enjoy having time again to do things.

I'm going to try something different this year and that is to focus on a couple of goals (weight loss, nutrition and fitness related) each month instead of several. I believe this has been my downfall in the past; I would get overwhelmed and just give up. This time I'll just take baby steps and master a habit or two before adding more to take on.

My Program:
I have a plan: I will focus on a couple of habits to form or change each month. In the past I would try to change everything or just take on too much. Baby steps is the way to go.

Other Information:
I love cartoons such as South Park, King of the Hill and the new My Little Ponies. Don't question the last one until you watch a few episodes.

    Thank you for your kind words on my "eating" blog! I was always the first one finished with eating any meal! LOL It has been a long road for me to slow down, take it easy, and enjoy the food. Most of the time I never really tasted it! LOL Taking baby steps and conquering them is key in this journey!
