I 'm trying to track everything to keep me focused and motivated. I want to be energetic and healthy. Before I was naturally skinny, and never thought about food or exercise. That's changed. It's been a challenge trying to stay motivated while living with manic depression. If you've been there you know. This was 5 years ago. It's been 5 years since I've been on the site: I changed my user name this July. It was Lithium28, but with my new start and brighter outlook I needed a new user name. I will be on faithfully again. I have been my best physically and mentally here due to great support. I'm down 50 pounds

I'm married and we have one child. My husband is more then I could ever ask for. I love going to concerts. I like all kinds of music, but prefer rock/alternative. I've
dealt with depression all my life; main reason for my weight gain. I am a teacher and I love to scrapbook.

I love Ghost Hunter's, although it's not as good as when it started! Movies anything Horror and Scary I love. Also Medical shoes. CSI type and all that.

Love scrapbook/picture taking.

I love gardening, but my depression often leaves me with weeds amongst the flowers.
