I am a 26 year old mother of two. I had always been very active and healthy until I had my 2nd child. I had post-partum depression, and a medication I was put on to combat it caused me to gain a ton of weight. When my daughter turned one and I saw pictures of myself at the party, I knew I had to do something to change my life. I switched medications, started exercising regularly, and totally changed my eating habits.
I started doing this in early Feb. '07 and my goal was to weigh 150-145 by the time I had to play flute in my cousin's wedding this past December (2007). With the support of my friends and family, I have already met and exceeded my goal. I could not be happier!

My Goals:
My current goal is to maintain my weight and to continue to eat healthy foods.

My Program:
To get to my goal weight, I simply changed my eating habits and began exercising by walking on the treadmill, using weights and using the elliptical. Of course I allowed myself to indulge sometimes which makes eating better a lot easier. Surround yourself with supportive people and believe in yourself. I never in my wildest dreams believed that I could reach my goal- but I went above and beyond that and I couldn't feel any better- mentally or physically.

I have the most wonderful friends and family, and an amazing boyfriend, Adam.
I went to college for both Music Performance and Psychology.
