Introduction Text Sparkpeople has worked for me in the past. I once lost 50 pounds using Sparkpeople/calorie counting/a gym membership. Let's see if it still works - granted, I'm married with a kid now, so I don't have as much time to dwell on every calorie I eat like the last time around. Here goes. :)
