Update April 2017
Well I have gained back up to the low 260's, It is not what I want it to be but I am going to work it off. I'm in my second semester of nursing school and if all goes right will be graduating in July of this year with my LPN and hopefully moving right onto my ASN.

It has been a recent renewal of my weight loss efforts, and this time I am committed to succeeding. Been making sure to get out with my dog more.

Update January 2015
Well a new year has started, and I am not say a new me, just a better me will be hopefully seeing the end of it. I am working at two jobs, one not much since they slow down in the winter after Christmas. And all this super cold weather makes me want to just bundle up, its been hard to stay motivated. My new years resolution is to spend more time with my dog Bobo, he turns 6 in April.

Update march 2014
I celebrated my 24th birthday not too long ago, in November. I was at a healthier weight than what I was in high school. My daughter moved half way across the States with her adoptive parents so that now I will be planning trips to see her. While I gained back some of what I had lost, I'm putting myself back on track to get it back down.

I'm a 23 year old, assistant manager at a Sonic Drive In. I have a two year old daughter that I placed for adoption. Thought I had found the person that I wanted to spend my life with but have since found out he doesn't feel the same. I am happy that this isn't leading me down the path back to being 300lbs, but instead I feel motivated to take the one flaw he says is the reason he doesn't wanna be together and fix it and move on to better things in my life.

*Watching what I eat, and staying in my calorie range
