Started Spark in March of 07' - Did not take it serious at all

Jan 08' 252 and + at times

Dr. visit 5/3/08 for physical.
Great blood pressure.
Results of all blood tests:
Everything is perfect except cholesterol-231
Diagnosis: Lose weight and exercise! Well duh!

August 4th Summer Spark weight 245

Ready for September to be a losing month too!
Sept 8 Spark weight 240

Sept 29 Autumn Spark weight 235.2

Ready for October? Yes I am!
Oct 31 Halloween Spark weight 232.5

November here I come!
Thanksgiving weight 229.5

Christmas weight a gift to myself 227.0

Jan 09' 232 The holidays were not good to me.

March April May---:0( I fall off the wagon more than I stay on it! I am an addict---a food/sugar/flour/junk addict! I admit it.

June 4 -240 even
started Low Carb based on Protien Power Plan
Cutting out all flours, starches, and sugars.

It is July 1 and I am not craving sugar anymore and do not miss the starches in my diet. I feel better and my arthritis seems to be a LOT better! I do not have the aches and pains I usually do and the stomach upset is almost all gone!!. I am really trying to learn this program and it is a struggle at times and I get frustrated sometimes because this is a learning way of eating. But--I CAN do it and do it right and lose lose lose!!

I have lost a full size in my jeans and am now in a 16W which translates to a 16 1/2! Needless to say I am THRILLED!
So..ONWARD AND DOWNWARD!!! WOOHOO!

Started a 3 month long challenge against other teams.
My starting weight 222

Dec 1, 2009
Challenge is over and my finishing weight is 215
I am in a solid size 16 not a 16W.

It is almost 2010...where will I be in a year? I hope at goal and maintaining!

Dec 31st New Years Eve-the night of the Blue Moon-
212 pounds and counting DOWN!!

Here it is Feb and I am still at 212 pounds..I wear a solid size 16 jeans NOT 16W so I am not to terribly down about not losing any more..It will begin again..Oh yes..it will!

My Goals:
I am 54 now and my main goal is to get FIT and HEALTHY. I want to lose down to 180 pounds.

I do NOT like to sweat as I do enough of that outside in hay fields and yard work during the summer.
I NEED to work on finding some exercise that I will enjoy doing and be consistent with it!





My Program:
Low Carb. 20 per day
Min 64 ounces water daily
Moving my body in some way to burn calories.

My husband and I live in NW Arkansas. We both have a deep love of our Lord and family. He is my best friend on this earth and a true blessing from God! He is a
self/employed/farmer and I work outside the home.
( I would like to be a house wife!)
I have 2 birth daughters Charity and Hilarie , 2 bonus daughters Brandie and Andrea and a bonus son Eric . One grandaughter Gabriele and 3 step-grandchildren Haley, Ericka and Braxton.

We have cattle and couple of dogs. Piplives in the house and outside resides Skeeter the stinky farm dog! :0)
