I'm a 35 year old mom of 3 plus 2 bonus kids, looking to lose 52 pounds by July 8, 2019. One pound a week is doable! I want to be healthy for my family and set a good example. MONTH ONE UPDATE: Between July 8 and August 8, 2018, I completely cut out soda and my near-daily Starbucks habit! I average 12-15 glasses of water a day now (prior to July 8, some days I didn't have ANY.) I've been tracking everything that goes into me and all exercise. The result: Down from 192.0 to 181.6! 10.4 pounds GONE! I feel smaller. I can actually fit into smaller spaces now, and my clothes are getting bigger. This is motivation for me to keep going. I will update again next month! MONTH 2 UPDATE: As of September 8, I weigh 175.6, a total of 16.4 pounds lost! I now eat AT LEAST 5 servings of fruit & veggies daily. I average 10 glasses of water. I have not had a soda in over a month. I still indulge in sweets, but only once or twice a week now (instead of multiple times a day.) I'll update my progress again next month! NEW UPDATE December 26, 2018. I stopped tracking. I ate too much. I started drinking soda again. I fell off the wagon, and I've been feeling like CRAP. Something told me to weigh myself this morning...and I'm officially OVER my starting weight. 197.3 pounds. So, as of today, I'm back on the wagon of tracking, eating RIGHT, moving, drinking water, and TAKING CARE OF MYSELF. I'm mortified. I had no idea I had gained THAT MUCH back. Off I go...
