Starting March 8th I am doing T25!

Every day do 20 squats, 10 push ups, and 50 ab exercises

In general, get more movement in. Take more walk breaks instead of sitting breaks at work, find more reasons to use stairs, etc.

Personal Information:
I love reading, writing, watching movies, and going out to eat at restuarants. I love to cook and bake, do charity work, and I like to clean and organize things.

I love driving around in my car alone, listening to music and singing along - badly and loudly!

I love animals, but I get very attached. I am plant based and try to live my life as cruelty free as I can.

I love laughing and goofing around, am a bit of a nerd, and love being outdoors.

    Thanks for leaving a message on my sparkpage! It means a lot that you checked in with me. The last 6-8 weeks have been a blur. Not in a great way. I've been maintaining weight and not making much progress but it's all my own doing. I haven't really had my head in the game, so to speak. I've been doing a lot of unnecessary snacking and not tracking my food. I've found that tracking my food is essential for positive results. I have been exercising but my heart wasn't in it.

    This week has been a different story. I'm sure it has nothing to do with a New Years resolution or anything, I don't usually make resolutions. But I feel like something has changed, the spark I got when I first started this journey of mine has been relit. Kind of like you have to stoke the fire to keep the flame alive. I've been stoked. Don't know what it was but my brain has switched back to drive from neutral.

    I'm glad you're blogging again, it's good to see you working toward a few goals, let's DO this!
