    I appreciate that! I need to know these things.
    No, really no rush..I mean I already fit in size 2 & 4 lol, so that's pretty good from where I was! 30 weeks can do. Main thing is to not lose that muscle. Liked that the tester said I was above average with BMR and muscle, so that was the good part.
    17 lbs if I get to 17%.. for competition reasons am looking to do that, but doesn't have to be now...was hoping for 1lb a week, but will see how that goes. I do lift weights heavy heavy, so hopefully that will help signal muscle to remain, even if it's hard to build it. 30 weeks..so that means maybe by mid November.

    So, yeah..like that I can eat more, Yay! Lol

    Thanks for visiting my blog on the testing. Yeah..push ups haha and they place a weight on your back to hold you down.

    SOOO...you are good at this stuff.
    I am concerned about what the test is suggesting...
    Spark has me eating 400 calories less than the test says to...I am concerned. Spark says 1400 calories to lose 1lb a week for total of 18 lbs.

    BMR on this water test says I am 1649, want to lose 1lb a week of fat only...burn 3000 a week in exercise and 500 from food (3,500 total each week from combo if exercise and cardio) so BMR x 1.55 exercise activity 5 days a week...suggests I need to eat basically 2000 a day for each day of week and burn 400-500 calories 5 days a week .. Does this sound right? I am 5'7" and 38 and 156 and he says I have BMR of 1649 with 116lbs of lean and 41 lbs of fat..to get to 17% fat need to lose 17.7 lbs.
