HA! You do a lot of stuff lol.
Yeah, like staying active. Was a tennis athlete all through school and got back into it, but am super competitive and can't run around as well with as much excess baggage. As much as I don't love it, Insanity and Asylum are great workout DVD's to get me prepared for running sprints/ suicides around a court.

Plus, have to look decent in the outfits!!! Haha

Seriously, just enjoy training like an athlete and want to feel like one, even if I am not. I have all this energy I want to focus towards that and towards myself for a change. So, want to see how far I can take it and decide if it's maintainable for a while. Not in a wheelchair or canejust yet, lol.

Ahh? Dumbbells, barbell w/work bench. Stand up heavy bag, stability ball & medicine ball. Unless you want to count my yoga/pilates accessories? I basically workout at NYSC. They do have the assisted chin-up/triceps-dip machine. However, as I mentioned no traditional pull up. But I pretty sure I could not even do a pull up? Yet!

    Hello Spark Friend,

I have a question for you that hopefully you know the answer to. Is there substitute exercises I could do in place of a pull up bar? Besides the fact I am certainly not there yet...I have no access to one. Not even my gym has a traditional one.

I play tennis and to get more competitive need to shave off some fat to get faster and need more muscle...also compete in tough mudders and plan on doing some Crossfit competitions...not looking to do bodybuilding or figure competitions, but want to look like I might...of course with a healthy weight for me.

I weight lift quite a bit, but do HIITS and a large variety of circuit training and cardio...change the program every 2-3 months because I get bored.

    Lots of DVD's love that!

About to start some spinning classes to cross train better.

    What about you?
