My Goals:
I would like to lose 40- 50 pounds within a year.

My Program:
 I go to the gym 3x a week and try to workout at home in between. I just started the Slim in 6 program. And I am trying to eat healthier.

    Sorry I've been MIA. Life seems to be getting really crazy. It hasn't really ever slowed down from Christmas. That's really sad about Tai. That would have made the season so hard. Two dogs in such a short time, sorry it happened. I'm glad you knew it was coming and could spend the last part together.

    Well I gotta go eat dinner, hubby just pulled it out of the oven. That doesn't happen much! oops.
