He ladies and Gents!
I am currently following the WW plan but need more of a push when it comes to exercise.
I found this site and hope that it will add to my knowledge and inspiration to lose weight. My starting weight was 238 (17st) and currently I am down to 206 (14st 10lbs). I do have a long way to go but I know I can get there.

Update 3/15/2010 - Currently sitting at 192 lbs (13st 10lbs) I need to start exercising again that is my pledge for the end of the month!

My Goals:
Get a lot fitter - currently I do no exercise apart from walking to work! I want to do this so that in a couple of years time I can trek the inca trail in Peru.

I want to be able to get cheap bras heehee!

Gain more confidence.

Reach 197lbs by xmas.

My Program:
I am currently following the Weight Watchers Plan and have lost 22lbs so far.

I know I need to get my a$$ moving tho if I want a nice toned figure. Just need someone to kick me up the bum from time to time.

Personal Information:
I work in admin and stay in Edinburgh with my two flatmates (one is my lil sis). We have a good group of friends however this usually leads to nights outs or takeaways in but I need to overcome this.
I have a boyfriend who has no weight issue and can basically eat what he wants because he's fit also.
I find it easy when I'm at work to stick to eating healthily but a real struggle at the weekends.

Other Information:
I love watching telly which is a problem in my books! I need to get out their and live my own life instead of wasting it watching other peoples.
