My name is Johnna. I am 33 years old. I have never been small but have fluctuated in the past 10 plus years. I just had a baby just about a year ago. I lost a lot of weight when I was pregnant and gained all of it back and then some. I want to be healthy and taking care of my body so I can lead a healthy and active life and be a good example to my family. I have already made a lot of changes and have some healthy habits but it is time to step it up a notch. I know with a lot of motivation and will power I can do it!
