My Goals:
- drop weight to 200 in 2009
- develop exercise habits
- eat healthy from now on
My Program:
I'm putting my trust completely in God (and the meal planner). So far it has been great. I will stay active on this wonderful site and keep my mindset positive and committed.
Personal Information:
Years ago I quit my job in a textile plant and applied to Duke University. They let me attend a semester on trial. With some very hard work, the support of my wife and three children and food stamps, I graduated with honors in two majors. I came to know that one can do anything they truly commit too.
My wife has since been diagnosed with MS and that has slowed us both down. The slower lifestyle (and too much worrying) has led to a lot of weight gain. I know that this is not good for her or me. I need to step up, so it's coming off!
Other Information:
I love the outdoors particularly the Blue Ridge mountains.

I saw your posting over at the Class Team and just wanted to let you know that your "professional" was off the mark big-time!
