Hi I'm JoHannah, 19 years old, married for a year to my wonderful husband. I have been struggling with my weight and self-esteem through my teen years through most of my dating life. I started losing weight and getting a little serious about my health when I got engaged in July 2010 which I lose 15lbs. I meatained that weight through July 2011 and lost 10lbs until now. I'm currently in a plateau which I've be struggling with since 3rd week in Feb. I am hoping to get out of this and be at 135-140lbs by summer and by my 21st birthday look good and feel good and be this same person but a lot better without the weight. I know without my husband being there for my through this journey he has been helping my to reach these goals every step of the way and I think that's why also I want to really do this not just for me but for him too. So I say BRING IT ON FAT!

Long term goals
-To be a good healthy, strong and hot for my husband and myself.
-Have kids someday with a mom that knows how to take care of herself healthy.
-Be in a bikini
-To like clothes shopping instead of dreading it because of my weight.
-Lose another 25-30lbs

My Program:
Workout Program
-Cardion 5x a week (1 hour or more)
-Strength Training 5x a week (30-45 min)
-Flexability 3x a week (20-25 min.)

Nutrition Program
-Track my food everyday
-Drink 8 glasses of water and 1 c. of green tea everyday
