Live, Love, Laugh.... Lose weight!


I am a 55 years old living in Fort Myers, Florida. I have been struggling with my weight since the 1980's. Lost 40 lbs a few years ago but went back to my old ways and gained it all back. Hoping the encouragement and support I receive from Sparkpeople will help me to keep it off this time. Stopped looking in the mirror, but recently saw myself in pictures (spark photo) taken at my son's wedding. Can't believe I let myself get this way! Hoping to lose those chipmunk jaws.

Eat healthier, be able to fit into some stored away clothes, stick with a good life style change.

My Program:
 Eating more fruits and vegetables. Checking the fat content, sodium level and overall contents of the foods I eat. Making good choices when I shop.
