    180.5 hmmph... I didn't get to my workout class last night and I think I had too much salt or something... feel bloated today. Oh well, try try again. Looking forward to my walk/run today after work for sure!! emoticon

    Thanks for sharing journal!! I do the same thing, pretty good during the week and eat like crap once weekend starts. My next step is to keep journaling through the weekend as well!

    Do you track/monitor your nutritional goals? I added potassium, fiber, sodium and calcium (in addition to carb, fat, protein). I find that this helps me tweak my diet to try and meet important nutritional needs. I realized that I was hardly getting enough potassium and calcium (very good for your muscle recovery when working out), so I've been adding cup of OJ, banana, and tums to diet.
