I am 52 have always struggled with my weight I have 6 children I am married my husband loves to eat out especially buffets,it makes it hard I like to eat out too but could skip buffets,I am raising 2 grandkids they are like mine they are 16 and 9 they keep me young, I am active in Church a Sunday and Wednesday night Teacher,I have back problems my Dr. says I have to loose weight that''''s easier said than done...I can''t do it alone!!!
