2013 Fitness and Motivational Goals

Make Fitness Fun!

Train for a up-to-400 mile bike ride in June by taking spin classes and biking outdoors on the weekend when the weather gets better.
Goal is to work up to biking 100 miles a week by April (20 miles for each of 3 spin classes = 60 miles + 2 outdoor rides for a total of 40 miles)

Train for a half marathon this fall in San Jose. Create a running training plan to be ready for 13 under -10-minute miles in roughly 180 days.

Make Fitness Pay Off

Wear my tweed V-neck dress for my September meetings in California.
Wear my Paige jeans at my May meetings in CA. Have the flair tapered and hemmed to a pair of boors or favorite flats.

My Goals:
Drop 24 pounds and become more active. Fit into my favorite clothes again. Be proud of my body.

My Program:
Reorganized my refrigerator to include mainly fresh fruits, vegetables, heallty grains and greek yogurts.
Kicked up the length of my daily work outs. Change my walks into runs to "shock" my body into weight loss. And daily postings and tracking on Sparks
