Introduction Text I'm more than a mother of 3 young adults. I'm more than a wife and employee. I'm 58 and for the past 25 years I've been totally absorbed with parenting and earning a living. I am re-discovering myself, which is no small task! One of my goals is to keep my weight at or below where it is, while exercising regularly and learning more about myself!

1. Eat when I am hungry 2. Eat real food 3. Stop when I am just slightly full 4. Lower caffeine 5. Drink more water 6. End emotional eating
