    The thing that sucks about losing weight is that there is NEVER a good "TIME" to do it...there's always a reason to cheat...parties, birthdays, drinks after work, work, family...

    As long as we are alive and doing what we love, who cares? Now that I've lost all this weight and inches I can't even afford to buy new clothes...this sucks!! Go figure....

    Yeah, since your starting weight is actually not very high at all, it might be a "slower" process for you. I've only lost 5 lbs in 2 months (though I am seeing other changes) and I weigh a lot more than you. From what I've heard, it is better to lose it slower, like 2 pounds a week. Any more than that might shock your body and you could risk gaining back quickly.
