My Goals:
My goal is to become fit and healthy and maintain that for life.

My Program:
 I try to eat smaller portions especially if it is not a healthy choice. I also started two weeks ago working out four nights a week at the gym for 50- 60 minutes. I do the crosstrainer and efx machine.


Personal Information:
I'm from Bridgeport NY where I was born and raised. I met my husband of 4 yrs on dreammates.com.

    I've found so much help on here - some great recipes, ideas, help with exercise and friends!
