Hi I'm Jessy, I'm 27 and a single mom. My sister suggested spark people to me. So I'm checking it out. I have some weight to lose but am not very motivated. Every time I think about it I think about how hard it was the last time I lost weight. I got pregnant right after that. I've always been heavy, it's never really bothered me. But it would be nice to wear something that I consider small.

Plus my family has a history of diabetes and heart problems. I think my biggest problem with it, asides from the physical injuries I've had, is my mental view point. I lost 70 lbs and 31% of my body fat before I had my daughter. I was in terrific shape. My body fat has only gone up 1% but my weight has gone all the way back to were it was. I think about where I was when I stopped and I want to be there now. This makes it really frustrating. I always forget that I started out with 20 minutes of power walking a day and try to push myself way past that.

I'm hoping that I will find the strength and determination I need to loose this weight and be back where I used to be.

My Program:
Healthy low cal food.

Do the Elliptical or ride a Bike for 35 minutes.
Strength Training twice a week.

Drink 2 glasses of water a day.

Use my Fit Bit to the best of my ability.

I enjoy hiking but don't do enough of it. Some day I'd like to go to the local hiking trail and be able to run it.
