I am 35 year old mother of two. I have not been logging on to SP as often as I would like. My new goals include logging my food and exercise more frequently.

I am lucky enough to be a consultant with a health and wellness company that allows me to earn an income while teaching others about the benefits of great products. It is great to have the opportunity to help others with your business.

I am an RN and wellness coach. I am very passionate about parents being healthy role models for their children. I believe that if we are to change the epidemic of our children becoming overweight and chronic illness, we have to change our lifestyles. Right now if society continues on the unhealthy path, we will outlive our children!!!

Fitness Minutes: 311

My Goals:
Lose about 10 pounds, but more importantly...lead and model a healthy lifestyle for my children.

My Program:
I started back to the gym (I had been working out at home). I love GROUP POWER at Bob's!!!!!!!! I also started biking now that the weather is nice. My goal is two days of group power and 2-3 days of biking. I don't DIET, I make healthy choices and eat what my body craves.

Personal Information:
35 year old mother of two boys. I am an RN by trade. However, my passion is wellness coaching and consulting for a health and wellness company. I love to help others achieve their goals.

Other Information:
My husband and I love scuba diving and our family loves to travel. My dream is to dive in Australia!! I love the outdoors, especially beaches and mountains!!!

    Your page looks awesome. I am completely "Cleared" from my surgery earlier this year and am now starting to workout again. Congrats on your weight progress. I hope to get moving and start to see some results. I just started my food log today. Wish me luck!

    Hi! Your kids are cuties! Well, I do have a small frame for my height. My friend who is just .5 in taller has much broader shoulders and larger wrists/bones in general, and looks very slim at 150. That is why I was able to be a 4 at my height. But it's actually not my goal this time around! I looking for a fit and lean 140. All the best to you on your quest to be your best! I'm here if you ever need support! :-)
