Fitness Minutes: 345

My Goals:
1.Lose weight for a healthier life. DENINATELY LOOSING, BUT FOCUS IS SOMETIMES A PROBLEM.

2.Exercise to gain strength both mentally and physically. THIS NEEDS TO BE MY NEXT BIG STEP!

My Program:
 1. Track my food daily. WAVERING A BIT HERE!
2. Keep my fasting Blood Sugar under 125. HAVE GONE MORE THAN A MONTH WITH FBS UNDER 106.
3. Drink my water everyday. STILL WORKING ON THIS!



Personal Information:
Wisconsin Native. Plan to retire farther NORTH (if you can imagine that). Married to my perfect match. Mother of two great girls. Work full-time. Busy life /happy life!

Other Information:
 Originally I had number 1 in my life: my husband and my two daughters. I now realize that my health has to be number one in order to make them a priority and to be able to care for my family in a healthful happy way!
