Introduction Text I'm a working mom of a teenager & have been married for 28 years. Our daughter is a sophomore at University of Arizona. We moved from the Pacific Northwest & now live in Phoenix, Arizona! Nice change. No more rain for months on end, and now we have lots of sunshine!

Staying on track is the goal I have.

I am riding a stationary bike 3x a week, stretching/yoga 6x a week & light weight training 3x per week. I also walk 3x per week for 30 minutes each time. Housework gets thrown in there wherever it fits.



I love to watch movies - old & new. I also like to read offbeat novels. We go camping during the summer in our rv & take the kids out on the boat to wake board & jump on the ski biscuit. And fall off the ski biscuit. Or flip over on the ski biscuit....
