    Hi, I noticed you haven't been here for awhile!- I see you have been gone about as long as I have been away. Unless you just come to lurk and haven't done anymore blogs. I haven't been here since last October and haven't got back into a healthy routine yet this but I have to. I had lost about 8 pounds than got lazy about it and gained it all back. It isn't easy to stick with it. My pretty beach cruiser is in the shed collecting dust!
    I really enjoyed your videos last fall, and appreciated the time and effort you put into sharing what you learned about all the crap they add to our food that makes us sick. When I came back on here I had hoped to catch up on all the videos I have missed than realized you haven't been back here for about as long as me. At least you haven't posted since than anyway.
    I found a neighbor recently who joined Spark People a few years ago but never did more than that because the web site was too complex and difficult for her to navigate so she never came back. A few days ago made a phone appointment with her and I taught her how to get around on SP a little bit. She set up a profile and I showed her how to track her food intake.
    We are going to start walking together a couple miles a day once the weather calms down. It has been getting up over 115 for a solid week! And the "normal temps for this time of year is about 103 to 110. It should start settling down into the 90's by the end of September. That is Arizona for ya but the wintertime is WONDERFUL, So it's worth putting up with the heat for a few months. Anyway..

    I hope to see you come back someday and start your educational videos again. You did a really good job with them!.
    Don't worry about how long it takes to get the weight off- just eating and living healthy is something to be proud of and the weight will come off in it's own time. Just focus on eating right. (Listen to me Lol who has dinner leftovers at 9pm Lol!)
    I am going to try again though. There is a store that sells #50 of carrots for $12.50. I can make enough carrot juice to last a month with that but it takes an entire day to prepare the carrots and make and put up jars of juice in the freezer. I put it in 6oz canning jars. Than I have 1-2 a day. One in the morning first thing than one more as a snack after work. Sometimes more. I would drink a lot more but we have a tight budget so I have to stretch it out so it will last a month.

    Anyway, I'm rambling. Just wanted to let you know I was looking forward to seeing your video blogs when I signed back in and am sorry to see you haven't been here for awhile.

    If you ever decide to come back I'll be your buddy. Meanwhile I hope life is good for you. ~ JoAnn

    Thanks for your kind comment on my blog. I thought the weight equivalent pictures were a fun way to remind myself of how much weight I actually had lost. It truly is hard to believe I was lugging all that around! My journey may have taken awhile but the results were worth it!
