Proverbs 31 Mama on a Mission
I'm Jillian, 27 years old and proud mommy to 3 wonderful children. I gained a lot of weight with my pregnancies and well I'm tired of being, well tired. Thank goodness I found SparkPeople.com, logging my food has never been easier. I've started losing weight already and can now exercise both cardio and strength training for 90 minutes a day. WOW. who would've thought me exercising daily? I've learned losing weight isn't just a bunch of fad diets, those will end, but your bad habits will still ...
I'm Jillian, 27 years old and proud mommy to 3 wonderful children. I gained a lot of weight with my pregnancies and well I'm tired of being, well tired. Thank goodness I found SparkPeople.com, logging my food has never been easier. I've started losing weight already and can now exercise both cardio and strength training for 90 minutes a day. WOW. who would've thought me exercising daily? I've learned losing weight isn't just a bunch of fad diets, those will end, but your bad habits will still be there. It's alll about changing the way you eat, the way you think about food and exercise, and maintaining it daily. It's a learning experience that I'm Loving! I have so much more energy than before when I was eating junk all day and not exercising. It just absolutely amazes me how my body has adapted to eating healthy foods and drinking water and exercising daily, and if I miss a workout or eat junk of any kind my body KNOWS now and it makes me feel horrible, sluggish. The change is from within this time around and I couldn't be happier. :)

My Goals:
1) Eat Healthier Daily
2) Exercise daily through cardio and strength training
3) Lose weight so that I can be a better example to me children.
My Program:
I am logging my daily food and water intake on here, exercising 90 minutes daily including a 1.3 mile walk daily, eating healthy and making more conscious decisions about the foods I put into my body, and I am currently doing the Spark 28 day bootcamp Challenge.
Personal Information:
I'm Jillian, 27 years old, from Palmetto, GA.
I have 3 children. 2 boys ages 6 and 3. And a little girl age 1 and a half. I gained quite a bit of weight throughout my pregnancies and it's time to get serious. I've learned that yo-yo dieting works temporarily and then all your left with is your bad habits from before. This time I'm learning daily to change my eating habits, exercise, and not focus so much on the number on the scale. The weigth will come off if I stick with it.
Other Information:
I LOVE to read, I have a NOOK Color that I read on almost every night. I love to go walking everyday. My family is the most important thing to me right after the Lord. I am a Proverbs 31 mama by nature, it's in my genes, I LOVE to sew and make my little girl new clothes and dresses. I also make all of her hairbows and headbands.
