Hi. My name is Jill. I am currently in in Okinawa Japan. My husband is in the Marines. We have three children ages 4, 7 & 14. Since moving here, to Okinawa, I have put on about 30 pounds. We leave here in July of 2010. I WILL be back to where I was before coming here.

I have done weight watchers in the past and have been successful doing that. I went from 215 to 137 a few years ago. They do not ahve weight watchers here. Not being accountable everyweek has beena problem for me. I have tried to loose weight many times and it always turns into a YO-YO diet. I have never been like that before. And I plan to end it RIGHT here RIGHT NOW!

I would love to get back to about 145 and start feeling better again!

Fitness Minutes: 2,234

My Goals:
To be between 145 &150 by May, 2010.

To start and complete couch to 5k. Start date August 17, 2009, last 9 weeks.

To increase my energy and immune system by eating health and exercising.

My Program:
I am working out with a trainer here. We work out of her house. I love her! She is always changing the routine. I do not think we have done the same exercise routine more than once!

I am eating more unprocessed foods and cooking more. I am not eating 100% clean but I am trying to do my best at this time.

Personal Information:
I am originally from Newport RI. I am currently in Okinawa Japan with my Marine husband and our 3 beautiful children. I am a registered nurse. I have been 215 pounds before and got down to 137. Since moving to okinawa, I have gained some weight. I am going to get down to at least 150 before leaving here in July 2010.

Other Information:
I work at the WIC office here in Okinawa and I also sell Scentsy wickless candles. The wax is melted by a light bulb instead of a flame.

    Thank you for the kind SparkGoodie! The Goodie, and the accompanying message are SO right. If I get clothes, I'll just have to buy more as I lose the weight. If I get the shoes, I can wear them as I continue to lose, and get the clothes afterward.

    Hi Jill,
    I wanted to thank you for the comment you left on my Jillian Michaels blog. I'm SO GLAD you did! I was hoping someone could set it straight, and its good to hear that she's not pushing pills and still advocating diet and exercise. I was so shocked when I first saw the products b/c so many people think "oh a pill, I'll just take it and I'll be good" but they don't listen to the rest of the advice. Thanks again. I still will always love Jillian but you helped but back the little faith I lost.
