    My weight ticker should motivate you to jump right in. I weighed 230 November 1st. Now, 15 weeks later, I'm at 186. In 15 weeks, which would be before summer (May sometime), you could be the same. It's not a diet, it's a healthy way to eat. Read my Food Tracker. I go to Pizza Hut every Thursday and Golden Corral every Sunday. Tonight we're going to a buffet. I have just learned to make the right choices and portions. Nothing is off limits. I'd love to see you give it another shot.

    Hey, good for you. It will take time for your body to adjust, but I do believe that this is the most healthy way to lose weight, by eating normal everyday food, but learning portion control, logging in every bite eaten, staying within your calorie range, eating 5 fruits and veggies a day, drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day and exercising. You really don't need to deny yourself any food on this program, you do have to count the calories you eat, and if you want a special treat have it, but in moderation and include it in your calorie count, you may have to do some adjusting to the next meal, but what is wrong with that. We really should never feel like we have to deprive ourselves of any food like you do on a diet. Keep me posted on how you are doing. Have a good week!
